The LATAM Chapter is the representation of the Fiber Broadband Association in the Latin American region. The Fiber Broadband Association LATAM Chapter is comprised of a diverse group of telecommunications service providers, high-tech manufacturers, and other companies from across Latin America. The goal is to promote the development of next-generation, high-bandwidth Internet, voice, and video services for residences throughout the region.

The mission of the FBA LATAM Chapter is to promote the development of the fiber optic network infrastructure as a universal platform for access to the ultra-wideband. As an organization advocating for the implementation of fiber technology in Latin America, the LATAM Chapter continues to work diligently and resort to the regulatory and government agencies, service providers, technology, and industry players to join the initiatives of our organization to support the development of regional economies.
